| We are active Latter-day Saints nearing retirement. Four children and first grandchild! My husband is an insurance executive. I work at Ventura Community College.This home in La Quinta is our second home. So it could be made available at many times through the year. It is in a very secure, gated community. It has two bedrooms in the main house plus two more bedrooms in an unattached casita. Four bathrooms. Great pool and jacuzzi. Right on a stunningly beautiful golf course. Fabulous winter weather! Guests would be able to use the club's workout room, tennis courts. We have two bikes, a ping pong table, a large TV (TV's in almost every room), stereo, outdoor bar-b-que. Ceilings in spacious kitchen/family room are 14 feet. Sunny. Early morning sun in backyard and then shady in afternoon. So fun to sit in the hot tub on balmy nights and gaze up at the stars! La Quinta has wonderful restaurants, golf courses, shopping. Lovely La Quinta ward in nearby Indio. |

| La Quinta is in the Palm Springs area, a couple hours from Los Angeles. The Redlands Temple is about one hour away. The Palm Springs area has tons of golf courses, hiking, The Living Desert park (with animals and wildlife), fabulous restaurants, huge outlet shopping. The best features are the weather and mountains. We go out there to relax, sunbathe and swim. This would be a fun week to two week getaway. |
