| Our home is an older colonial style that has tons of character. The rooms are cozy but the yard is huge. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The home has a basement also that we rent out by the year. There are seperate entrances to keep privacy. My Husband, son, and I live in the upstairs of the home which is available for exchange. |

| Cedar City is a great base location for visiting all the National Parks and State Parks. A short drive up the mountain is Cedar Breaks and Brian Head ski resort. Grand Canyon NP, Bryce Canyon NP and Zion NP are each between 1-2 hours drive. Also, Navajo Lake has great fishing which is a short drive up the mountain. Lots of outdoor recreation options: snowskiing in winter, ATV trails, horseback riding, jogging trails, fishing, hunting, rock climbing, etc.
The Shakespearean Festival kicks off in the summer months when Cedar is buzzing with life. Southern Utah University has a beautiful campus where the plays are performed. So many other festivals and activities happen throughout the year. You'll want to check it out when you are here.
There are also great public parks in Cedar. We live within one block of the Canyon Park, four blocks from the City Park, and 5 min. drive from Park Discovery (designed by kids). |
