| Our home is a 1700 sq ft home with 3 bdrms 2 baths and a play room. It was built in 2004 and has all amenities one would need. Our yard is fully enclosed with an enclosed trampoline. There is also a splash pad within blocks of our home. |

| St. George is sunny year around with temperatures in the 70's and 80's in the spring and fall. Places nearby are Zions National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Tuacahn Amphitheater. Opportunity for every outdoor activity you can think of. Shakespear Festival and Hot Air Balloon Festival nearby in Cedar City. Las Vegas is 1 1/2 hours away. Wonderful place to live and visit.
