| Home: 30 ft. vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen with double oven and granite countertops, beautiful hardwood floors, cherry and alderwood throughout, large jetted tub in master bath, fantastic neighbors, in-ground trampoline in back-yard, large screen TV, exercise room with tredmill, bowflex, TV, stationary bike. Wireless internet, 2 fireplaces, baby grand piano.
We are a quiet family of four. Dave served his mission in Germany and teaches Statistics at BYU. Kathy works in the business office at a dental office nearby. We like to stay active and would love the opportunity to travel more! Our kids are 12 and 14--two athletic girls that love to travel, read, and explore. |

| 2 miles from BYU, and 2 miles from Provo Canyon (Sundance skiing, Alpine Loop, Heber, hiking, world class photography, fishing, camping, biking, etc.) Less than a mile from Costco :) 30 hour to Salt Lake Valley and about an hour to Temple Square. Less than a mile from Riverwoods shopping center, dining, and movies. 15 mile bike path (just behind house) leads from Utah Lake past Bridal Veil Falls, and up to Vivian Park. Anything outdoors is yours! |
