| Our home is average size for a Utah home. It has two family rooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, living room, separate dining room, 2 storage rooms, and 2 car garage. There are three T.V.'s fooz ball table, deck and large yard. We are a couple whose 6 children are married and living away from home. We have plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood. |

| We are across the street in a cul - de-sac from the high school and two miles from Brigham Young University. We are two miles from the mouth of Provo Canyon where the skiing begins. Sundance Ski resort if 1/2 hour away and Park City 1 hour. We are located on the foothills of Provo. There are two local malls and many restaurants. There are many national parks in southern Utah that are only a few hours drive away. T |
