| Our near 4000 sqaure foot home was built in 2004 in my parents backyard. We are near the mouth of a canyon - with the mountains acessible for recreating, hunting, fishing, Sunday drive, etc. (one of my favorite walking routes for excercise from our front door). My favorite brother lives next door and my (amazing sister that everyone wishes was theirs) lives just up the road. (Five of my 7 siblings live very near by). As far as our house goes... it's a very nice house in a great neighborhood and suits our needs very well. The bells and whistles aren't at the top of my list because it's love that makes a house a home (I'm not trying to sound corny, that's really what I believe), but here are a few of the nice ammenities that we enjoy. Hard wood floor, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, piano studio, large great room (gathering area) with surround sound. Beautiful kitchen with (LARGE) island and all stainless steel appliances, oh yeah and INSTA-HOT... that's instant hot water (212 degrees that is great for hot choc., soups, making jello, etc. We have an awesome mud-room just off of the garage (with a main-floor laundry) and an indoor (refrigerated) drinking fountain that kids and adults love. Large master suite, with jetted tub and walk-in closet. Large deck and patio in the backyard with lots of grass and mature fruit trees. Over-sized two car garage. |

| We are located just south of Provo and about 1 hour south of Salt Lake City. We are 3 1/2 hours from St. George - very centrally situated in the middle of the state. Near temples, skiing, Seven Peaks Water Resort ... but mostly the Red Barn. Yep, you've got to try there home-made icecream and go for a Wagon Ride in the fall to pick your own pumpkins. Our little community is famous for it's locally grown fruit (and lots of it), thus we celebrate "Orchard Days" at the first of August every year. |
