| Apartment has one small bedroom (sleeps two) and a large bedroom (sleeps 5). One bathroom. Large living room with big screen TV, pool table and ping-pong. Kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washer-dryer and dining area. Outdoor grill area and trampoline. Apartment is separate from the rest of the house. No smoking or drinking. No pets. |

| The apartment is in north Orem, 15 minutes from Sundance Resort and Mt. Timpanogos with excellent skiing in winter and hiking in summer. There are 7 other ski resorts within one hour drive. 40 miles from Salt Lake City. 3 miles from BYU. 5 hours to Grand Canyon and 6 hours to Las Vegas. The apartment is available for a couple of days or for several weeks, depending on your needs. |
