| I own a home in Winter Garden (near Orlando) FL, which is just minutes north of DisneyWorld (I was able to get to Magic Kingdom in less than 20 minutes on the new, barely used freeway). I am currently working in the SLC area and I am looking for someone to either swap me straight up, my home for theirs. Or I am looking for someone interested in living in my home in Orlando, while I stay at theirs in the SLC area.
It is a 5 year old home, one level, with a master bedroom with a walk in closet, 2 regular bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is appx. 1600 square feet with a 2 car attached garage and a 1/3 acre fenced property. Formal dining room, living room and kitchen. Also has a large family room that could be converted to a den or fourth bedroom.

| Our home is minutes from all the attractions of Orlando, literally. I can drive to DisneyWorld in less than 20 minutes. Our home is also very close to all the conventional areas near the attractions. So you can stay at our home while you attend a business conference.
Also, our home is about 7 miles from the beautiful Orland FL Temple. |
